Miracleman 1 -  Blue Certificate Variant Edition (1985) 
Used as promotional copies for the 1985 San Diego Comic Convention, these were the first 1000 issues off the printing press. 
600 of these comics were accompanied by the above blue certificate of authenticity. 
Stan Sakai (of Usagi Yojimbo fame) put together the lettering on the certificates, which also bears his signature.

Miracleman 1 -  Blue Certificate Variant Edition (1985)
